Can't stop dancin'

On Friday, I went to a dance. Had a blast. But about half way through the dance, a song came on that made me ask myself why we, as humans, love dance and music. Logically, it is just a waste of energy, flailing around to a beat, making us more venerable to predators. Now it's become this big philosophical question for me, right? So here I am, dancing, and trying unsuccessfully to figure out why in the world I would (Logically) want to be dancing. That's when I realized that I was over thinking it. And that's about when I stopped thinking a bout it. a couple of moments later, I was having fun again.
