Is the amount of capsaicin in a food.Capsaicin is the chemical compound that makes things spicy. Now, the reason i bring this up is because Be for the event I am about to describe, I had about 0 capsaicin tolerance. Now I realize my tolerance, albeit not high, is enough that I make food too spicy for many people. so if you want to gain a higher "spicy' tolerance, do this to yourself:
It was your average field trip. I was just going to a band festival for the day. You know. The works.
